We were part of a team of consultants working on the environmental impact assessment for this 125ha site on the western fringes of the city of Lisburn in County Antrim.

A landscape and visual impact assessment was prepared in support of a major mixed-use development, (comprising housing, industry and leisure facilities) within the context of an expansive landscape, and integrating it with the corridor of the river Lagan.

This information was supplemented for the area plan inquiry, at which we successfully provided evidence.
