Larne Borough Council appointed us to develop proposals for the large roundabout at the gateway to Larne Harbour.

The scheme has as its centrepiece, a major sculptural statement called ‘The Stern’.

Standing 12 metres high, and flanked by stone walls, ‘The Stern’ is a dramatic steel structure that, whilst delivered within a tight budget, commands the vast space and conveys a civic welcome in this key location.
