Through a framework agreement, we are responsible for establishing the strategic context for investment in environmental improvement/ public realm projects across Belfast and the North West of Northern Ireland.

A wide range of projects were developed, ranging in value from £20,000 to £1.8 million, and with a collective value of approximately £10 million. The projects have contributed to the regeneration of areas of significant need.

Major streetscapes using high quality materials, pocket parks, street tree planting schemes and lighting initiatives have all been delivered through close consultation with the communities.
