We were appointed by international clients to prepare the masterplan for this world class leisure and tourism project, set in some of Scotland’s most exquisite landscape near Gleneagles in Perthshire. The £300m resort covers some 650 acres and will have a six star luxury hotel, championship quality golf course with club house facilities, shared ownership accommodation and 250 houses.

Our design for the landscape setting for the hotel and clubhouse will be delivered in phases over 6-8 years. To conserve the ecological quality of the setting, the landscape design involves extensive infrastructure planting including approximately 70 acres of woodland and extensive habitat creation.
