We provided hard and soft landscape design services for Applecross Properties and Taylor Wimpey for the redevelopment of land including sports pitches, which is owned and operated by City of Edinburgh Council.

The project masterplan centred on the construction of a high quality residential development, which cross-funded a new sports complex including grandstand, rugby clubhouse, changing facilities, floodlit all-weather hockey pitches and improvements to 4 grass pitches.

We prepared landscape design proposals for all aspects of the sports and residential development including improved links to and along the neighbouring canal.
