Putting priorities in place for the regeneration of east Belfast was the core objective of the strategic regeneration framework.

East Belfast is a varied urban area made up of both affluent and deprived neighbourhoods, major employment zones and the seat of Northern Irish governance.

We led the design team in developing an eight point regeneration model to bring about sustainable socio-economic change, including an increase of economic activity, addressing inequality and forging a positive new identity.
