Through a term appointment for Laganside Corporation, we prepared a masterplan, strategic framework and public realm plan for 200ha of land to either side of the River Lagan in central Belfast, for which the corporation had regeneration responsibility.

Our work from 1999 to the time of the winding-up of the corporation in 2007, underpinned investment totalling over £1 billion. The strategic documents set the context within which we designed and delivered over £10 million of public realm.

OECD commended the strategic vision and public realm work as being representative of international best-practice, and UK Trade & Investment have showcased the work through embassies overseas.
